A Path Forward Initiative helps bridge the gap between high school and college by preparing students academically, building life skills, and guiding families through the transition process — ensuring youth are equipped with the confidence, resources, and support needed to succeed in higher education.
Our growing team at A Path Forward Initiative is made up of passionate case managers, mentors, educators, and community advocates who walk alongside every participant, providing guidance, accountability, and unwavering support.

Vocational Training
A Path Forward Initiative is committed to supporting formerly incarcerated fire camp participants as they transition back into the community. We provide individualized case management, career guidance, and vocational support to help them secure the training, certifications, and resources needed to pursue meaningful employment opportunities with agencies such as CAL FIRE.
